This is a project where we want to highlight the efforts, sacrifices, and dedication of those people who are in the first line of Response and in the Rescue efforts of the collapse of the Champlain Towers South in Surfside City in Florida we want to show them how grateful and proud we feel for all of them!

City of Surfside, Florida - Champlain Tower Collapse June 26/2021
.The partial collapse of the Champlain Towers South occurred around 1:15 a.m. on June 24.
Champlain Towers is made up of three buildings that are each 12 stories tall and contain 342 units. It is located in the small, beachside town of Surfside, about six miles north of Miami Beach. The side of the south building that collapsed is on the ocean side.
The rescue efforts at the Surfside building collapse have been paused because of structural concerns about the remaining standing portion of Champlain Towers South.
